The Industry Specialist Partner Program
Industry Specialists represent the highest level of partnership in the Tangicloud Partner community. These partners have the experience and expertise to be able to serve nonprofits and governments with end-to-end satisfaction. Industry Specialists generate marketing programs, conduct discovery calls and demonstrations with end users, dig into the needs of the organizations they want to serve, and provide both implementation and on-going services to these great customers for decades to come.

Here’s how it works:
One: Qualifying as an Industry Specialist Company
There are three levels of Industry Specialist in working with Tangicloud:
BRONZE LEVEL – We recommend all Partners start here. This level gives you the chance to sell Fundamentals from within your own company’s sales structure. You can, however, ask for and receive support in such crucial areas as demos & discovery calls, implementation services, or just day to day technical support.
The Bronze level partner will have a sales target to meet to maintain its status, but don’t worry. We’ll help you to achieve the Annual Recurring Revenue to Tangicloud goal so that you may never have another financial investment in this partnership again.
SILVER LEVEL – You continue to receive whatever support you need, but at this level our partners tend to be more independent. There is a larger partner margin on software, but an expectation that more people will be involved at your company and growing their skills with Fundamentals.
GOLD LEVEL– This level of partnership is for those businesses that have programs, staff, sales quotas, and business plans that ensure their successes for many years to come. This is the top level of margins in the Tangicloud App Partner community, and we look to these partners to be our community leaders.
Along with fair margins, our Partners can also look to Tangicloud for such support as Partner Training, demonstration help as needed, implementation project shadowing, regular contact with a Tangicloud representative to go over ideas, concerns, and any other item that will help build your success in the nonprofit and or government industries.
Two: Finding Opportunities
While all our Partners are expected to generate Fundamentals leads through their own marketing and sales efforts, Tangicloud is very interested in supporting our Partners as much as we can. This comes through a general promotion of Fundamentals via social media, website presence, and some trade shows/conferences. Our efforts often result in leads we are happy to share with our registered Partners. Once shared with a Partner, that lead belongs to them and Tangicloud will make no effort to compete.
Another way to find great business opportunities is through industry familiarity. Tangicloud will help you find the best niche or micro-markets within the nonprofit or government industries that fit your business culture and interests.
Three: Project Engagement
No one should have to feel alone in an effort to get their sales and industry expertise growing. Whether you just want to bounce ideas off a friend or have had a sudden gap in talent at your business, Tangicloud will work with you to ensure your success. We know we cannot be successful without you, so you can count on us for such support as:
